The Apartment
This two-story furnished apartment in a modern building in central Amsterdam is very tastefully decorated, fitted with luxury appliances, bespoke furniture, and smart Philips Hue lighting.

Living floor
The entrance to the apartment is on the living floor. You will find the main living area in the front, with bright and spacious dining and sitting corners, and a built-in wine fridge. The French balcony doors in the sitting area open up to let you enjoy the canal views.
The luxurious open kitchen has a large custom-made countertop and plenty of storage space. Premium appliances are fully built-in, including Siemens dishwasher and oven, Samsung microwave, large fridge, and freezer. The kitchen also features a Quooker tap which gives cold, hot, and boiling water, and a large induction cooktop with a built-in downdraft.
In the back, you will find the second sitting area where you can watch TV and enjoy the garden view. A working station is installed next to the couch. The couch opens up into a full two-person bed, ideal for guests coming over for a weekend.
Sleeping floor
In the front, you will find the master bedroom, with a double bed and an open walk-in closet.
On the same floor, you will find the modern and relaxing bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, separate shower, terrazzo sink, toilet, and a combined washer-dryer machine.
On the garden side of the floor, you will find the very quiet office, where a second workstation is located. This room could also be used as a baby room.
From the office, you have access to the enclosed private garden, equipped with Italian tiles, garden furniture, and a pellet-powered smoke-free stove and pizza oven. You also have access to the communal garden, with sun until late afternoon. The garden is lovely and very peaceful, ideal for relaxing after a long day.

The apartment is located in the center of Amsterdam, on the iconic Eilandboulevard, just steps away from lovely dining options such as Coulisse and D&A Hummus Bistro. Nearby landmarks are the Maritime Museum, Marineterrein, De Gooyer (famous windmill next to brewery Brouwerij 't IJ), and the Central station. The Oostenburgerpark is just minutes away.
