Comfort means that everything you need is available in this apartment. You only need to bring your suitcase. This apartment with a beamed ceiling is located in a 400-year-old monumental canal house which gives the feeling of living like a local. The location is near Central Station and Jordaan. This part of the street is car-free.
You enter in the middle of the apartment which gives you access to the living space (front), the hall leads to the bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room (back).
From the living room, you will enjoy fantastic canal views (north-facing). There's a large gas fireplace. And of course, there's central heating.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, and a microwave-oven combination, a Nespresso machine, and a boiling water tap. The cooker has a built-in extractor fan.
Located on the quiet backside. The glass sliding door to the bedroom gives an industrial feel. The bed is a premium quality kingsize bed by Royal Dutch Auping. A ceiling fan will keep you cool on hot days. The window is south-facing. There are two closets for clothing.

The 400-year-old canal house is located on the famous Brouwersgracht. It's only a 10-minute walk to the central station. The Haarlemmerstraat with unique shops and supermarkets is located parallel to the Brouwersgracht. Good restaurants, cozy cafe’s and two weekly markets are all nearby.
Momentarily this part of the canal is blocked for traffic, making your stay very peaceful. It’s a safe and cozy residential area of the canal belt.
